Sessions are between 45 minutes and 1 hour. They can be done in person, online via skype/zoom, or on the phone. Lasting change doesn’t happen over night, so to get the best results possible we recommend that you book a block of sessions. These can be attended weekly, or every other week depending on your requirements.

This program is designed for people who are stuck in a rut, or they are struggling with extreme stress or anxiety that is stopping them from moving forward. James will use a combination of coaching, NLP, hypnosis and his experience to help get you back on track. This program offers much closer support with James than standard sessions and will include the following:

  • An in-depth consultation to get a clear idea about the current situation an desired outcome from the program.
  • 5 one on one sessions (in person or video call)- Powerful hypnosis tracks to listen to during the day, and at night to aid sleep and positively reprogram your mind.
  • Unlimited access between sessions via email/text.
  • Email updates, tips, recommended videos and reading.
